MSQC TUTORIAL: Log Cabin Tree ~ Quilted Tree Skirt!

How fun is this?!?  Misty Doan has a new tutorial featuring my LOG CABIN TREE SKIRT pattern!  


Misty used scrappy 2-1/2" strips in a collection of the sweetest fabrics, Pixie Noel by Tasha Noel, to make her darling tree skirt.  "Jelly Rolls" are perfect for this project!

At the recent Garden of Quilts event, it was a blast to catch up with "the Doan Girls" and get a quick snapshot with Misty and the original tree skirt that my friend Debbie pieced and I quilted.
