Family reunions, floating the river, going on hikes. Parades, rodeos, the County Fair. Quilt shows, retreats and quilting with friends. Long, lazy days with air-conditioned afternoons. Outdoor concerts under the stars, picnics in the park, barbecue in the back yard.
Here are a couple of "summery" quilts recently quilted for clients, as the season winds down. Pots and Baskets of flowery goodness. Enjoy!

Yep, Summer... going, going... gone too soon.
Your work is so beautiful, I especially love the roof on the little house. It is perfect.

wow amazing.. you did that with what kind of machine?
ReplyDeleteThanks Cliodana! My longarm is a Gammill Optimum Plus, hand-guided. I am considering adding a computerized system, but short on the $15,000 for the upgrade, so I'll just continue doodling myself.
DeleteYour quilting is amazing. I love them all.
ReplyDeleteYour quilting is so spectacular and the projects are just fabulous.Great job!!
ReplyDeleteThe basket quilt by Shawn is great, but, looking at the backing (great backing, what fun) your quilting is wonderful, and really makes that backing pop.
