I'm not quite ready for Christmas music yet, however. One of my very favorite hymns, especially to begin this "Season of Thanks" is Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing, ← sung here by one of my very favorite choirs. *Ü* The link will take you to a list of musical highlights, many more of my favorites! Don't get me wrong - I adore Christmas music too, we've been rehearsing for weeks--but this music speaks to my heart and reminds me of all my blessings, and I just want to enjoy that, at least through the weekend! One of those blessings that makes me so thankful...that this little hobby turned passion has brought so many opportunities for joy in creating and sharing, not only within my own family, but has also brought such wonderful people into my life. I treasure every quilty relationship!
That's my favorite hymn too! I don't think it gets nearly the attention it deserves as a both praise and supplication hymn.
